Hi, I’m Leigh -
I’m a woman and a Mom as well as a social worker and holistic nutritionist who is equally excited and challenged by my own journey to shift how I relate to my emotions, food, and the practice of connecting with my authentic self daily.
I’m so glad you are here because it means you are curious about tuning in to who you really are. Life is busy and the overwhelm is real.
I get it. Finding a minute to yourself when you are also quieting the voice in your head telling you you aren’t doing enough, fixing the anxiety, and cleaning up the messes - doesn’t seem possible.
Well, you’ve done it. You are here. You have stepped into prioritizing yourself. Welcome.

I am a Mom of two little souls, Brynn + Maive

I love being out in nature
I love honest and genuine conversations (even when they are uncomfortable)
I love discovering new foods & flavours
