Hi, I’m Leigh -

I’m a woman and a Mom as well as a social worker and holistic nutritionist who is equally excited and challenged by my own journey to shift how I relate to my emotions, food, and the practice of connecting with my authentic self daily.

I’m so glad you are here because it means you are curious about tuning in to who you really are. Life is busy and the overwhelm is real.

I get it. Finding a minute to yourself when you are also quieting the voice in your head telling you you aren’t doing enough, fixing the anxiety, and cleaning up the messes - doesn’t seem possible.

Well, you’ve done it. You are here. You have stepped into prioritizing yourself. Welcome.

Through encouraging wellness of my mind, body, and spirit, Leigh’s guidance brings me closer to my authentic self.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Holistic Nutritionist. To guide healing, I am trained in a variety of best-practice modalities;

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Mindfulness-based practices including, Mindful Emotional Eating

  • Harm reduction, trauma-informed and strengths-based philosophy

We will design an individualized approach depending on your needs and goals.

Currently, my biggest teachers are both under 5…

  • I am a Mom of two little souls, Brynn + Maive

  • I love chai lattes, avocado toast and cozy sweaters

  • I love being out in nature

  • I love honest and genuine conversations (even when they are uncomfortable)

  • I love discovering new foods & flavours

These are the things that align with my true essence

  • the forest, sunshine hikes, morning sun

  • cycling on back roads, dancing, camping

  • meditation, writing, creating

  • snuggles with my family, dinner out with my girlfriends
